DTM Legal has supported Pario Holiday Parks in the successful acquisition of Crugan Holiday Park, as the family-run holiday park operator continues to expand its portfolio across North Wales.

The transaction saw DTM Legal’s Commercial Property and Corporate & Commercial teams work closely together to legal support throughout the acquisition.

Crugan Holiday Park officially joined the Pario Holiday Parks portfolio on 12 August, becoming the group’s fifth holiday park in North Wales alongside Marine Holiday Park, Tan Rallt Holiday Park, Bryn Defaid Holiday Park and Gimblet Rock Holiday Park.

Located in Llanbedrog on the Llŷn Peninsula, close to Llanbedrog Beach and less than five miles from Abersoch, Crugan is home to around 100 privately owned holiday homes. The park will continue to operate exclusively for holiday home owners, with Pario planning to build on its established reputation while retaining the character and atmosphere that has made it popular with existing owners.

DTM Legal supports Pario’s continued growth

Key partners from DTM Legal’s Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property teams worked in collaboration to support Pario with the transaction, with Ed Barnes, Alison Brennan, Isabel Rial and Anna Duffy each contributing expertise to this matter.

The acquisition further strengthens Pario’s presence across North Wales and reflects the business’s continued investment in the region’s holiday and leisure sector.

Commenting on the transaction, Anna Duffy, Head of Property at DTM Legal, said:

“It has been a pleasure to support Pario Holiday Parks with the acquisition of Crugan Holiday Park and another important step in the continued growth of the business. Transactions such as this benefit from close collaboration between property and corporate specialists, enabling us to provide practical, joined-up advice throughout the process. We are delighted to see the acquisition complete and look forward to continuing to support the Pario team as their portfolio develops.”

For Pario, the acquisition represents an opportunity to invest in an already well-established park while maintaining the qualities that have made it successful.

Samantha Williams, Group Director at Pario Holiday Parks, said:

“As a family-run business, we’re passionate about creating places people are proud to be part of. Although we’re continuing to grow, that personal approach will never change.”

Pario Holiday Parks plans to invest thoughtfully in Crugan while respecting the park’s existing community and reputation.
