The first time we visited DTM Legal we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who made us feel very welcome. We were not used to dealing with solicitors so this made us feel at ease. Richard Thomas is also very pleasant and again made us feel very comfortable. During the whole process we were kept up to date with face to face appointments and the later half through emails and telephone conversations due to coronavirus. His knowledge is exceptional and he helped us get the result that we were happy with.
