Siobhan is a partner in our Residential Conveyancing department. She has over 11 years’ experience in advising developers, landlords and homeowners. Siobhan works closely with a number of major national and international developers from reservation to completion. Siobhan has expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing, plot sales, development and off-plan projects.
Having completed her Law Degree at John Moore’s University and her LPC at the College of Law in Chester, Siobhan completed her training contract in London before coming back to the North to work in a Liverpool based firm.
Siobhan is highly motivated and focused on ensuring her clients receive outstanding service and timely, cost-effective results.
In her spare time, she is busy running after her 2 young children, seeing friends and family and watching Liverpool Football Club.
