Heather read law at Sheffield University and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Chester. Heather is an experienced Private Client Solicitor and has spent much of her career advising high-net-worth clients across Cheshire and the North West.
A senior member of our Trusts and Estates team, Heather specialises in Estate administration, Estate planning, Trusts, Wills, Court of Protection and Powers of Attorney, along with advice for the elderly regarding care. Heather deals with all aspects of non-contentious private client work and has particular expertise in Statutory Will applications, applying for Limited Grants of Probate and succession planning for agricultural clients.
She is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and a former Chair of the STEP Cheshire Committee who was responsible for arranging seminars and training for professionals. Heather is also a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a member of ALA (Agricultural Law Association), the Country Land and Business Association (CLA), and one of the founding members of the Cheshire Later Life Hub. Heather has achieved the prestigious Chambers Band 1 Ranking for High Net Worth.

With extensive experience advising high-net-worth agricultural and business clients across Cheshire and the North West, Heather delivers pragmatic, commercially informed solutions that support clients and their families through multi-generational transitions.
In her spare time she is busy with her young family, usually on a Rugby or football field with her 3 boys or found exploring forests and woodlands in walking boots. Heather is a keen netballer and currently plays in a Liverpool League.
