Tom is a senior associate in DTM Legal’s employment and human resources team. He advises commercial clients and senior executives on bringing and defending employment tribunal claims, including assessment of merits, tactical decision making, negotiation of settlement and employment tribunal representation.
His expert and commercial advice assists clients with a whole range of employment law issues, including redundancy, reorganisation, termination, TUPE, discrimination, contract queries and disputes, disciplinary and grievance, sickness absence, maternity issues and performance management. Tom is also responsible for delivering training workshops and seminars.
Tom acts for clients across a wide range of industries/ sectors including Moneypenny, CSA Group, Parts Alliance, Cygnet Group, Batesville Casket UK Limited and many more.
With a fading ambition to one day become a professional golfer, you’ll find Tom on the Royal Liverpool Golf course in his spare time, or alternatively watching Everton.
