Alison is a corporate commercial lawyer with a particular interest in business structure and constitutions, funding and security arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive experience across a wide variety of commercial contracts and also non-contentious employment law. Alison has been recommended in past nine consecutive editions of the Legal 500 and noted as being a “first class lawyer with strong commercial acumen”.
She is also responsible for ensuring DTM Legal has the systems in place to enable staff to consistently deliver high quality commercial advice in the manner best suited to clients’ businesses and that the firm complies with regulatory requirements.
With two little girls to keep her busy Alison doesn’t have much in the way of spare time but, as a member of Chester Tri Club, completed (and enjoyed!) her first Olympic distance triathlon in 2014.
