Edward Barnes is the head of DTM Legal’s corporate team. Edward has a particular interest in intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and the energy and renewables sector. Edward has been recommended in the last six editions of the Legal 500 and noted as a ‘Leading Individual’ who “gets the job done” with “dogged determination”.
With more than 15 years’ experience of advising on a wide range of company and commercial matters, Edward is also a member of the Chester Business Club which serves and promotes businesses across the region.
Edward lives near Chester with his wife and children and, when not acting as taxi driver to his children, enjoys keeping fit through competing in various sports and running events.
