We’re proud to be celebrating a major milestone for Phil Whitehurst, Partner in our Corporate & Commercial team, as he marks 10 years at DTM Legal.
Already a well-known face in the North West legal and business community, Phil has become a pivotal figure at DTM Legal over the past decade and a key part of the firm’s continued growth, particularly within our Liverpool office. His contribution has been immense: from advising on some of the largest and most complex deals the firm has been involved in, to consistently supporting colleagues and clients with his trademark humour and straight-talking commercial approach.

DTM Legal’s Corporate & Commercial team supports businesses at every stage of their journey from start-ups and owner-managed companies taking their next step, to established organisations managing growth, investment and strategic change.

Phil’s ability to combine technical expertise with a clear understanding of what clients need has made him a trusted adviser to businesses across the region and a colleague who’s played an important role in the continued development of the team.

Of course, Phil’s 10-year story at DTM Legal isn’t only written in transactions and contracts. Whether it’s organising the DTM Legal Golf Day, winning quizzes, delivering seminars, or educating the younger members of the firm on films and the music of the last millennium, Phil’s impact on our culture has been just as significant as his impact on our client work.
