DTM Legal is delighted to celebrate the fantastic fundraising efforts of Sharon Stephens, one of our Legal Cashiers, who recently organised and hosted a Charity Bingo Night in aid of Dementia UK. Dementia UK is a charity with a strong personal connection for Sharon, making the evening particularly meaningful and it is also DTM Legal’s Charity of the Year.
Held on Friday 28 November at Broughton War Memorial Institute (near Chester), the event brought the local community together for an evening of bingo, prizes and fundraising, raising an impressive £1,064.02 for Dementia UK.
With plenty to coordinate behind the scenes, Sharon rose to the challenge and, despite the stress of pulling together such a spectacular night, found the experience enjoyable and highly rewarding.
On the night itself, Sharon even stepped up to become the bingo caller, a role she took on with great spirit, and one she found even more fun than she had anticipated.
