Sam Roberts is a Solicitor within the firm’s Family Department. Having experience in a wide range of aspects of private family law including divorce, financial settlement and children matters, while having expertise in attending to matters for high-net worth clients. Sam completed his Law Degree in 2020 and went on to complete his Legal Practise Course (LPC) and Master of Law in 2022, both at Liverpool John Moores University.
Sam has assisted with proceedings for several high-net worth individuals, including assets and trust structures spanning across multiple jurisdictions and valued in the millions. Sam also contributes his expertise and experience to complex financial settlements providing dependable support and advise, seeking the best possible outcome in what is understandably an extremely stressful period for client’s.
Sam is a member of the Law Society and is a member of the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Society and Merseyside Young Professionals.
Sam has undertaken various charity works such as the Three Peaks Challenge raising over £20,000.00 for the North Wales Cancer Appeal and the Chester Marathon raising over £500.00 for Epilepsy Action. In 2023, Sam took part in a 15,000ft skydive raising funds to support Rainbow Hub NW.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys watching his beloved Liverpool and playing golf as much as he can. Also, Sam enjoys taking his dog Frodo out for long walks in the countryside.
