Ray Langley is the Performance and Growth Director at DTM Legal, with over 30 years of senior leadership experience across various sectors, including engineering, education, enforcement, and law, both in the public and private sectors. Practical and grounded, Ray’s pragmatic approach to complex issues helps him to successfully achieve business goals with sustainable results.
Education and Training
While balancing a full-time job and part-time studies, Ray earned a first-class degree in Business from Manchester Metropolitan University and later obtained the professional Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. He subsequently completed a Master’s in Management.
Ray is a trained engineer with expertise in business improvement, having studied and engaged in professional development in Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methods.
Role within the DTM Legal Team
As a member of the DTM Legal management team, Ray is responsible for strengthening the business’s excellent reputation through developing people and processes aimed at expanding the company’s capabilities.
He plays a key role in developing business strategies to enhance performance and increase market share in both new and existing areas of law.
