Michelle Roby is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Employment & HR team at DTM Legal. She advises both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues including sickness absence, disciplinary and grievances, contract queries, performance management and redundancy. Michelle regularly advises employees on settlement agreements, offering clear support and guidance to ensure clients receive fair and well negotiated outcomes.
Michelle has extensive experience in advising employers, supporting a range of businesses across various sectors. Michelle prides herself on getting to know the business and building strong relationships with her clients which enables her to provide clear practical guidance tailored to their particular requirements. Michelle regularly receives excellent feedback for her supportive and approachable style.
Michelle also has a strong background and keen interest in handling employment tribunal claims and has contributed an article on Neurodiversity and Employment Tribunals to the DTM Legal website.
Michelle graduated with a degree in Legal and Business Studies from the University of Liverpool and went on to complete her CILEX course at Edge Hill University, whilst working full time.
Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time with friends and family and being a part time chauffeur for her two children’s many activities.
