Michele is a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Conveyancer with over 20 years of specialised expertise in residential property law. She has managed complex conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including freeholds, leaseholds, new builds, and shared ownership. With a strong track record in client care, legal compliance, and lender panel work, she combines legal proficiency with a clear and pragmatic approach.
Role within DTM Legal
Michele’s work involves managing a wide range of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leaseholds, transfers of equity, shared ownership, auction properties and adverse possession claims. Michele is confident in both registered and unregistered titles and works closely with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
I understand the pressure of moving property and like to provide reassurance and empathy throughout each transaction.
Personal Interests
In her spare time, Michele enjoys walking, attending the theatre, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Michele was appointed as the designated Safeguarding person at Our Lady’s Star of the Roman Catholic Church, where she supported the protection and welfare of vulnerable individuals within the parish community. This role required discretion, sensitivity, and a strong understanding of safeguarding opportunities. Michele also previously served as a Governor at St. Saviour’s Catholic Primary School in Great Sutton. This role involved contributing to school governance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the school met its legal and educational responsibilities.
