Harry Lynch is a Trainee Solicitor in the Property Litigation team at DTM Legal. This is Harry’s first seat as a part of the DTM Legal Trainee Solicitor Scheme, and he will train in varied seats and gain further experience whilst working towards qualifying as a solicitor in 2027.
Harry graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a First-Class Honours degree and went onto complete his LPC and LLM at LJMU. In his current role in the Property Litigation team Harry contributes to a wide range of dispute resolution work; from assisting with Party Wall agreements and nuisance claims to supporting on residential leasehold, dilapidations, restrictive covenant disputes, and easements matters. Harry helps prepare court documentation, conduct research, and manage case logistics under supervision, ensuring each step is aligned with our client-centred approach. Harry has also contributed ‘A Guide to Mediation’ to help guide clients through the mediation process as part of a dispute.

Before joining us, Harry gained work experience at an international law firm working as a Paralegal in motor recovery litigation matters. Harry worked on a large volume of cases, drafting court and serving court documents, liaising with clients and working to settle matters. In his previous work experience, he handled a large volume of cases effectively, leading to over £1,500,000 in recoveries for clients. As a student, Harry achieved a personal accomplishment of being awarded the first-place prize for the negotiation module within his university cohort.
In his spare time Harry enjoys going to the gym and watching football, particularly cheering on his favourite team Liverpool. Harry also likes to travel in his spare time and take in the culture of new places.
