Chloe is a Trainee Legal Assistant in DTM Legal’s Residential Property team, supporting Emily Venables and other members of the Conveyancing department. She assists in the progression of residential transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Her role involves drafting documents and reports, processing post, and corresponding with clients, lenders, and third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly. Chloe plays an important part in keeping transactions moving efficiently and providing clients with clear communication at each stage.
Chloe studied A Levels in Government & Politics, Law, and English Literature at Coleg Cambria before beginning her career in residential conveyancing. A memorable experience for Chloe was achieving the key milestone of her first exchange of contracts, marking an early highlight in her legal journey.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys live music and regularly attends gigs. She has also achieved a brown belt in jujitsu and enjoys spending time with friends.
