Role within DTM Legal
Kevin plays a key role within DTM Legal’s Commercial Property team. His practice covers a broad range of services including property transactions, development and planning, and property management. Kevin provides strategic advice to both investors and occupiers at every stage of a transaction. His client base spans from large public sector pension funds and national retailers to smaller enterprises and high-net-worth individuals. He is known for delivering commercially focused solutions that help clients achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
Kevin has acted on numerous high-profile and complex matters throughout his career. He advised the vendor on the landmark sale of the Cunard Building in Liverpool to Liverpool City Council, a transaction of significant civic and commercial importance. He also acted for the landlord in a high-value and time-critical retail park letting to Marks & Spencer, which was concluded within just two weeks.
“My approach is rooted in providing timely and pragmatic advice to help clients realise their commercial objectives within tight timescales. My depth of experience allows me to anticipate challenges and deliver proactive solutions at every stage of a deal.”
Further highlights include representing the vendor in the £16 million sale of a large printing facility in Speke, Liverpool, finalised in only five weeks. Additionally, Kevin advised the landlord in a major office letting in Liverpool to establish a national AI innovation lab—a project expected to generate over 1,000 jobs in the city within three years. Each of these matters demonstrates Kevin’s ability to manage complex, time-sensitive transactions with precision and commercial insight.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Kevin moonlights as an Uber driver and social secretary for his two teenage daughters. When he gets the chance, he enjoys cycling, playing guitar (albeit badly), and keeping up with current affairs as a self-confessed news junkie.
