Kate is an Senior Associate Solicitor with over a decade’s experience in commercial property matters.
Kate has a wealth of experience of dealing with a variety of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals, refinance projects, option and promotion agreements, utilities, retail, development work and providing assistance on corporate transactions.
Previously, Kate has spent time working in the legal team of a national PLC retailer, dealing with their growing property portfolio. The experience of working in-house has provided Kate with an invaluable insight into the pressures and practical issues faced by clients and the need for tailored advice. This has shaped the way in which Kate provides advice to her clients.
Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family – which usually involves chasing around her young twins and Labrador! Kate also enjoys travelling and keeping fit.
