Tom Evans, Head of Employment at DTM Legal will be on the panel at the next Liverpool Finance Directors Meeting on Thursday 22nd June 2023 at 8.00am.
About this event
When the level of inflation outpaces salary increases, the finance function needs to ensure that any pay increases awarded are affordable for the business, not only in the current year, but year on year too.
If this process isn’t carefully managed then it can have a significant impact on staff attrition and is why FDs need to look differently at how they reward, retain and motivate their workforce.
At this event the panel will be looking at different ways businesses have achieved this without having to resort to awarding pay rise after pay rise.
Finally, there will be a Q&A session where you will have an opportunity to direct your questions to the presenters.
Who should attend?
CFOs, Finance Directors and Senior Financial Controllers of businesses based across Merseyside.
Running order
Arrive at 8.00am for breakfast buns, tea/coffee and networking. At 8.30am the panel discussion will be followed by a Q&A session. The event will close at 10.00am.
