A discussion about the consequences of a testator failing to make reasonable financial provision in their Will for their spouse/civil partner, with consideration of case law, solicitor experience and top tips.
Robert Black of Bennett Brooks Chartered Accountants
“Planning for Agricultural Clients”
Robert’s talk will be covering a variety of important matters for consideration when carrying out general planning for agricultural clients, including use of reliefs (APR/BPR), Solar and battery projects and family investment companies.

STEP events provide education, training and networking opportunities for those interested in facilitating good stewardship and financial planning across multiple generations.
