Helen is an experienced Property Development solicitor working as part of our commercial property team. She has over 21 years’ experience of advising landlords, tenants and developers on a wide range of property transactions in England and Wales as well as a keen specialism in energy and utilities, in particular, onshore gas exploration.
Helen has spent a large proportion of her career in Chester and North Wales with much of her work relating to long term projects for property development and onshore gas exploration which first require land assembly, option agreements or promotion agreements between landowners and developers.
Helen is a pivotal member of our Agricultural Sector team, bringing a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the unique challenges faced by agricultural clients. She works closely with farmers, landowners, and rural businesses to deliver commercially minded, practical solutions tailored to their specific needs and long-term property and land objectives. Her approachable and pragmatic style ensures clients receive clear, strategic advice that supports both the day-to-day running and future planning of their agricultural enterprises.
Helen’s broad experience has meant her clients includes property developers, international energy companies, national utilities, colleges and student organisations, local community groups and farmers.
Away from work Helen is busy chasing her two children, cooking, walking and when time permits holidaying in the South of France.
