Ashleigh Serjeant is a solicitor in the commercial property department at DTM Legal. Prior to joining DTM, Ashleigh trained in an international firm in Manchester before moving to a law firm in Liverpool to complete her training contract.
Ashleigh is the Senior Responsible Officer for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, a position that requires oversight of the residential conveyancing systems being used within the practice. Ashleigh’s workload consists of a variety of property matters including development work, plot sales, general property management work, commercial landlord and tenant work and sales and acquisitions.
Outside of the office Ashleigh likes to follow Liverpool FC, attend numerous concerts and she loves to travel.
Ashleigh also enjoys relaxing and spending time with family and friends.
