Sue is head of residential conveyancing and an associate in DTM Legal’s property team, with over 25 years’ experience.
She has particular expertise advising on re mortgages, transfers of equity, sales and purchases of homes, leasehold and freehold, equity release, plot sales, lease extension and new builds. Sue also has a specialism advising land owners on adverse possessions.
Sue is committed to delivering consistent results, always providing outstanding client service and regularly receives word of mouth recommendations. She has worked in-house for numerous highly regarded house building companies including Redrow Homes PLC and McAlpines House Builders PLC.
Away from work, Sue enjoys adrenaline filled activities including skiing and cycling. She also loves unwinding with yoga and gardening.
