Juliet is a Solicitor in the DTM legal Commercial Property team, working from our Liverpool office. She handles a wide range of property matters, including:

  • Commercial sale and purchase transactions;
  • Landlord and tenant matters;
  • Drafting and advising on leases and licences; and
  • Reporting to banks on lending transactions.

Juliet completed her training contract at DTM Legal, qualifying in 2026. Juliet completed seats in Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Commercial, and Residential Conveyancing. Gaining valuable experience across different areas of legal practice.

In the Dispute Resolution team, she assisted with commercial litigation, property disputes, and contentious probate. Her work included breach of contract claims, debt recovery actions, and landlord and tenant matters, where she developed strong skills in drafting, legal research, and client communication.

During her time with the Corporate & Commercial team, Juliet supported solicitors on a variety of transactions, including business acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, company incorporations, and commercial contracts. She also conducted due diligence and assisted with preparing ancillary documents, gaining insight into the transactional and advisory work of corporate solicitors.

In the Residential Conveyancing department, Juliet assisted with a wide range of property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, supporting both clients and the team to ensure transactions proceed efficiently and with clarity.

Juliet selected Commercial Property as her specialism and completed her training in our Liverpool office’s Commercial Property team. Having built a well-rounded foundation in legal practice as she progressed through her training contract, she remains committed to delivering practical and client-focused solutions.

Whilst undertaking her Law Degree at Liverpool John Moore’s University, Juliet gained invaluable experience in a Legal Internship at Liverpool City Council where she attended hearings in the Liverpool and Knowsley Magistrates Court.

Juliet also previously held a role as a legal administrator at a Conveyancing Solicitors before embarking on her LLM Masters full time at Liverpool John Moore’s University.

In her spare time Juliet is often seen at the gym working out, running and spending time with family and friends. She also has a passion for reading – from a romcom to the latest psychological thriller and has recently taken on the Gower Peninsula Marathon Challenge in aid of Dementia UK.
