Blake Vickers, Trainee Legal Assistant, is a member of our Residential Conveyancing team here at DTM Legal. He ensures clients are informed throughout the process, progressing files from start to finish and dealing with post-completion duties.
Blake plays a key role in the team, supporting a range of matters, including pre- and post-completion duties, onboarding clients, and ensuring clients’ enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. His role involves updating and communicating with third parties such as estate agents and solicitors and as part of his duties, he will also assist in issuing contracts, drafting contracts and documentation and handling enquiries from existing and prospective clients whilst keeping clients informed every step of the way.

A personal career highlight for Blake was being able to carry out his first completion as it represented a significant step in his training and reflected the experience he had gained since joining the firm. Blake has supported the firm in a number of our charitable endeavours and can often be seen participating in our fundraising activities.
In his free time, Blake can be found walking his dogs Annie and Alfie, watching Aston Villa, which can either make or break his weekend or relaxing with friends and family.
