At DTM Legal, we believe in making a positive impact in our community, and one of the ways we do this is by selecting a charity to support each year. We are excited to announce that our chosen charity for this year is North West Cancer Research (NWCR), a remarkable organisation dedicated to making strides in the fight against cancer.
Our Journey with NWCR
Since our partnership with NWCR began, we have wasted no time in getting involved and making a difference. One of our first initiatives was organising a bake sale, where our talented team members whipped up a delightful assortment of cakes, and sweet treats. The aroma of freshly baked goods wafted through the office, enticing everyone to contribute to this noble cause. Thanks to the generosity of our staff and clients, we have kickstarted our fundraising efforts.
Our staff also showed their support for NWCR by wearing blue and yellow to the office on the day of the bake sale. Blue and Yellow are North West Cancer Research’s brand colours and changing up our styles provided the DTM Legal team with a great chance to become more engaged with our new charitable cause.
More recently we organised a Rugby World Cup Staff Sweepstake. As sports enthusiasts, we couldn’t resist incorporating our love for rugby into our fundraising efforts. With the Rugby World Cup reaching the quarter finals, we organised a staff sweepstake. Not just about predicting match outcomes; it was about rallying together to support NWCR.
But that’s just the beginning! We have a slew of exciting activities planned to raise both funds and awareness for NWCR.
Upcoming Activities
Charity Quiz: The DTM Legal team host a charity quiz night at the Chester Rugby club. Participants from other local business battle it out to be crowned as winners. Testing general knowledge, music, sport, TV and film this quiz is sure to put it’s participants through their paces, all the while raising much needed funds for this great cause.

Their commitment to funding vital research projects in the North West of England has saved countless lives and improved the quality of life for cancer patients.
