Due to continued growth, DTM Legal, highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Liverpool and Chester are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with ideally 5 -6 years PQE. Joining this successful commercial property team, your role will be to work alongside Partners and Senior Commercial Property lawyers in handling a varied caseload with a range of high quality property transactions including specialising in landlord and tenant, acquisition of commercial property, commercial property finance, commercial and residential development and corporate support. You will be advising a portfolio of commercial clients including landowners, regional house builders and developers on matters including site acquisition, disposal and set ups, lease extensions, planning, infrastructure agreements, overage, dilapidations and investments.
You must be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with in the region of 5-6 years PQE, ideally gained in a similar environment.
