I was fortunate to have had experience of the business environment (thanks to my families businesses) from a very young age, so it was a natural progression that I would be drawn to commercial work. I qualified as a solicitor in September 2008 having completed my training contract working in the areas of Company Commercial, Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property law. When those who trained me set out their vision for DTM Legal and asked me to be a part of it I jumped right on board.
I joined the Commercial team where I enjoy being able to work with all types of businesses including sole traders, partnerships and companies offering legal advice relevant to the commercial world we all work in.
My career highlights to date have been qualifying as a solicitor and meeting the then Attorney General Lord Goldsmith during a reception at the House of Lords where I received a commendation from the Solicitors Pro Bono Group for employment law work I had undertaken.
I married my wonderful husband Stuart in September 2008. I love spending time with family and friends, shopping, reading and being able to spend time out doors in the beautiful Welsh valley that Stuart and I call home. |
