Having graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2000, I spent a year working as a land buyer for a national housebuilder acquiring residential and mixed use development sites around London. The legal aspects of that work reinforced my interest in pursuing a legal career, so I spent the following two years at Chester College of Law before training at Mayer Brown International (formerly Rowe & Maw), London.
I qualified into the commercial property team of the same firm in 2005, where I remained until summer 2009, when I joined DTM. My experience covers a broad range of commercial property work including advising institutional investors, developers, banks and occupiers on investment management, development and property finance transactions.
Outside of work I am continually frustrated by golf but enjoy running, cycling, fell walking and the occasional game of cricket. |
