I have spent the last eight years working as a CIPD qualified HR Manager with responsibilities for areas such as recruitment, employee welfare, training, health and safety, payroll, to name but a few. The variety of the role has always kept me interested; therefore taking the next step into the even more diverse role of Practice Manager provided me with a new and exciting challenge. As Practice Manager I support my colleagues by taking responsibility for the day to day management of issues ensuring that the business operates to its full potential by enabling the Partners to focus their time and energy on what they do best – providing the best legal advice and services to our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I am a strong believer that we only have one shot at life and therefore we should make the most of all opportunities open to us, so I love trying new things and I’m in constant search of new adventures. My hobbies include walking, and going to the gym. |
