Having trained at a small commercial practice in Liverpool I qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and have specialised in corporate and commercial work since 2000. My particular specialisms include business sales and acquisitions (in recent years I have been involved with a number of acquisitions and disposals of businesses in the care sector), commercial contracts and assisting businesses with their legal structure. Clients with whom I have worked closely over a number of years include a newspaper publishing company, a radio station, a vehicle financing company and some local charitable companies. I enjoy the challenge that corporate commercial work provides and being able to build lasting relationships with clients as their businesses grow.
When I’m not at work I very much enjoy being mum to my beautiful little girls, Molly and Sophie and spending time pottering about at home or visiting friends and family. Before becoming a mum I used to be quite sporty and still try to partake of some exercise when I get the chance not least in an attempt to counterbalance my love of food and wine!
