Having grown up near Reading in Berkshire I studied at University College London (where I met my wife, Anna) and Chester College of Law before qualifying as a solicitor in 1999. Since then I have acted for a broad range of individuals, businesses, charities and banks specialising in sales and acquisitions, corporate restructures and intellectual property work.I have always enjoyed dealing with commercial clients and helping people grow their businesses and reap the rewards is very satisfying, particularly when we can play a key part in their success.
I am married to Anna and we live in Chester with our three young children – James, Isabel and Oliver. As well as spending time with my family I love sport and play cricket, football and golf as often as I can. In an attempt to keep up with the children I have also taken up running and competing in triathlons.
