Stephen Lunt is a partner at DTM Legal in Chester specialising in commercial property. He has over 19 years’ experience working on a wide variety of commercial property matters including, energy and utility projects.
His career has included:-
- acting for landlords in respect of their lease management requirements covering large property portfolios throughout the UK;
- acting for a number of high profile wind farm, gas storage and other infrastructure developers in securing appropriate agreements with landowners and occupiers;
- representing lending institutions seeking to take security over commercial premises; and
- providing expert commercial property support to high value share and asset sale transactions.
His clients have ranged from PLC companies to business start-ups.
Stephen is renowned for his down to earth and practical approach to commercial property transactions, paying the same high level attention to detail regardless of the value of the transaction. He has also been recognised by the Legal 500 as a “recommended lawyer”.
Away from work, Stephen supports Port Vale FC and Chester RUFC. He enjoys playing golf (badly) and running (when there is no sport to watch). He also values spending quality, family time with his wife and two young children.
