DTM Legal has bolstered its team with five new recruits across its property and litigation teams.
The new starters, who have all joined the business in the last six months, are based across the firm’s Liverpool and Chester offices.
They include two new Associates in Commercial Property, two new Legal Secretaries working across Commercial Property and Litigation and a Trainee Solicitor who is currently working within the Property team.

The new starters are the first tranche of a series of appointments which the firm plans to make as it continues to invest in and develop its team to meet increased requirements.
New Associate Diane Sethi began her career as an in-house solicitor with the Kwik Save Group. She subsequently entered private practice and has considerable experience of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition, sale and letting of freehold and leasehold properties, especially in the retail, office and light industrial sectors.
Diane also has extensive experience in portfolio management, acting for businesses, property investment companies and pension schemes. Her expertise includes the management of construction documentation, appointments of design consultants, subcontractors and collateral warranties.
Fellow new Associate Michael Wright, has over a decades’ experience since qualifying, and has particular expertise in landlord and tenant work as well as in insolvency transactions and corporate support.

The other new arrivals are Hayley McCulloch (Legal Secretary); Oliver Andrews (Trainee Solicitor); and Lucia Cassidy (Legal Secretary).
