Non-Contentious Employment Work

With experience in defending and bringing claims in all courts, DTM Legal’s employment law team is experienced in dealing with all types of claims pursued in employment tribunals. These range from unfair dismissal and discrimination to transfer regulations and multi-claimant claims in the employment appeal tribunal.
