DTM’s property team presented a successful and thought provoking workshop to members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) North Wales at Oriel House, St. Asaph.  The Workshop dealt with issues faced in commercial property transactions at both heads of terms stage and termination of leases.

Thomas Pearson, Partner and head of DTM’s property team, who chaired the workshop said “It was a great opportunity to discuss and work through examples and case studies with fellow professionals, so that both sides can appreciate the complexities involved, share experiences and potential solutions to assist our respective clients in achieving commercial solutions to common problems.”
