Businesses from across the North West are invited to attend a free presentation on the “Most Tricky Problems in Employment Law” and topical tax issues.  The presentation will be given as part of DTM Legal’s work in supporting local businesses and will also include input from Turner Peachey, one of the region’s leading firms of Chartered Accountants.

Drawing on examples from recent cases, the presentation will give employers an insight into the changing trends in employment law and content from Turner Peachey shall look at the financial implications which arise from changes to legislation as well as how to avoid unnecessary costs and penalties.

The speakers include, Paul Edwards, Associate Partner on DTM Legal’s Employment Law team; David Walker, Director of Tax at Turner Peachey and Brian Benson, Director of Crown Wealth Management Ltd who will cover employer compulsory pension contributions and the additional regulatory requirements.

The concise and comprehensive presentation will be held on Wednesday 10th November 2010 at Shrewsbury Town Football Club.  Attendees are encouraged to arrive for a tea/coffee reception at 4pm, with the evening concluding at 7.00pm after drinks and a buffet.
